Terms of Service

Mamacita Cleaning provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and other cleaning services as offered.

All bookings are inquiry-based. Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking.

After reviewing your request, we will send a custom quote to your email address. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Payment is due in advance to confirm your appointment. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe.

All prices are quoted in USD. No taxes are added. Payment links are valid for the booking period indicated in your quote email.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: full refund, no fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% cancellation fee applies.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: full charge applies.

Mamacita Cleaning sends transactional SMS notifications to customers and team members. Messages may include booking confirmations, quotes, appointment reminders, and job notifications.

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mamacita Cleaning takes care in handling your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions present before service begins.

Any damage claims arising from a cleaning service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
